The crazy year that was 2020. A year that saw COVID shut down the world - and the Super Rugby season - before Super Rugby Aotearoa brought some semblance of normalcy back. For the Blues Awards identity, I leaned into the glitching nature of the year, and crafted an opening sizzle montage that aimed at capturing both the momentous and uplifting accomplishments the team and club had made, while reflecting the stop/start nature of lock-down life.
